The design is optimized to use a minimum number of components. The critical parts are all hardened and manufactured to exceptional accuracy allowing high pressure operation and exceptional wear resistance. The resultant high-quality manufacture provides precision flow with equal flow and prevents over delivery. Individually, the pumps can be operated 180 rpm but if a process requires mixing of two components this can often be achieved by reducing or increasing VFD to adjust pump speed.
